1. Eligibility

PixVerify is available exclusively to users within the United States who are 18 years or older.
By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Responsibilities

When creating an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Keep your login details secure

  • Not share your account with anyone

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

PixVerify is not responsible for losses caused by compromised accounts.

3. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Upload fake, altered, or fraudulent documents

  • Attempt to bypass or manipulate verification systems

  • Abuse, copy, or reverse-engineer the platform

  • Use PixVerify for any illegal, harmful, or deceptive activities

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Verification Results

PixVerify uses automated and manual review systems to determine document authenticity.
While we strive for high accuracy, verification results are not guaranteed and may be subject to additional review or rejection where necessary.

5. Payments & Payouts

  • The minimum payout is $50

  • Withdrawals are processed within 3 hours maximum

  • All payout requests must pass verification checks

  • Fraudulent activity will result in payout cancellation and account termination

PixVerify may require additional identity proof before releasing funds.

6. Service Availability

We aim to maintain 24/7 availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Downtime may occur for:

  • System maintenance

  • Technical issues

  • Network interruptions

  • Security updates

PixVerify is not liable for losses resulting from temporary service interruptions.

7. Intellectual Property

All logos, software, designs, systems, and content on PixVerify are the property of PixVerify and may not be copied, distributed, or used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

PixVerify is not responsible for:

  • Verification errors caused by unclear or invalid documents

  • Financial losses from failed verifications

  • User mistakes during uploads

  • Third-party payment processor delays

  • Unauthorized access resulting from weak user security

Your use of PixVerify is at your own risk.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

All data submitted to PixVerify is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
We use encryption, secure storage, and strict access controls to protect your information.

10. Termination

PixVerify may suspend or permanently terminate accounts for:

  • Fraud

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Abuse of the system

  • Failure to comply with verification requirements

Terminated accounts may forfeit any pending payouts related to fraudulent activity.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of PixVerify after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
